As a licensed provider of Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, we are committed to providing culturally sensitive care to children, adults, and families. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to using evidence-based methods to address mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.Position: ABA Technician
As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment plans.Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized service plans (ISPs)
- Conduct ABA therapy sessions
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services
- Provide support and resources to clients and their families
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
- At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
