Sales Lead

The Sales Agent will drive Sanitas Care membership growth within assigned Sanitas Medical Centers.This role will identify eligible prospects, explain the Sanitas Care membership, support the enrollment process, and follow up with interested patients and visitors.The Sales Agent will also ensure center staff remain properly trained, informed, and engaged in all matters related to Sanitas Care. The role will work closely with Center Managers and center teams to strengthen internal referrals and increase enrollments.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote Sanitas Care to eligible patients, visitors, and community members.Explain membership benefits, pricing, eligibility requirements, included services, exclusions, and enrollment terms.Identify prospective members through center traffic, employee referrals, outreach activities, and assigned lead lists.Guide prospects through the enrollment process, including payment setup and required documentation.Follow up with interested prospects through phone, email, SMS, and other approved communication channels.Maintain accurate lead, activity, and enrollment records in the approved CRM or tracking platform.Ensure center staff receive proper training on Sanitas Care benefits, pricing, eligibility, enrollment processes, and current program updates.Provide refresher training and ongoing support when product, pricing, process, or operational changes occur.Maintain center staff engagement and participation in Sanitas Care sales activities.Work with Center Managers to establish routines for lead identification, internal referrals, and enrollment follow-up.Monitor staff knowledge and address gaps affecting lead generation or member enrollment.Share sales results, opportunities, and improvement actions with center leadership and staff.Support center events, health fairs, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.Meet assigned monthly sales, activity, and conversion targets.Escalate enrollment, payment, access, or member experience issues to the appropriate team.Provide regular updates on leads, completed enrollments, pending opportunities, barriers, staff engagement, and next steps.Performance MetricsNew Sanitas Care members enrolled.Monthly sales target attainment.Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.Follow-up completion rate.Center-generated leads.Internal referrals generated by center staff.Completion of staff training and refresher sessions.Staff participation in Sanitas Care sales activities.Enrollment accuracy.Member activation and early retention.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a related field.Experience working directly with customers or patients.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to train, motivate, and engage operational teams.Ability to explain pricing, services, and enrollment terms clearly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage leads, follow-up activity, and sales targets independently.Proficiency with CRM, enrollment, payment, or reporting systems.Preferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare sales, medical centers, membership products, employee benefits, or related services.Experience delivering staff training or sales coaching.Experience in a patient-facing or clinical environment.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Knowledge of Sanitas Medical Centers and Sanitas Care.Reporting StructureThe Sales Agent will report to the Sanitas Product Owner and will work closely with Center Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Member Enrollment. #J-18808-Ljbffr GUIDEWELL SANITAS I LLC
