Known as “Home of the Fieldtray,” we invite guests to “Eat What Comes Natural”—bold, vibrant, honest food built around fresh produce, sustainably sourced meats and fish, and nearly 100% biodegradable packaging. With 15 London locations and rapid expansion, we’re now bringing our mission to NYC in 2025, aiming to redefine fast‑casual dining with integrity, flavor, and civic-minded hospitality. 

Job Overview 

We are looking for a dependable Kitchen Porter to help keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role is very important to our team. You will focus on dishwashing, cleaning, organizing, and supporting the kitchen staff so food can be prepared safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools

• Keep the dish area, kitchen, floors, and storage areas clean

• Take out trash, recycling, and compost

• Help put away deliveries and organize storage areas

• Do daily cleaning and deep cleaning tasks

• Follow food safety and cleanliness rules

• Help the team with cleaning and closing duties

Qualifications 

• Experience as a dishwasher or cleaner is helpful, but not required

• Reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented

• Able to follow simple instructions in English

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
