About the Role:

Bookkeeping firm seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage assigned client files and work with our bookkeeping team. Must have several years of full-cycle experience in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

Own assigned client books from coding through month-end close

Work in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

Reconcile bank, credit card, and related accounts

Handle AP, AR, and payroll entries as scoped per client

Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and close workpapers

Keep files review-ready for the team and year-end CPA

Meet monthly deadlines across multiple clients

Flag missing documents and unusual activity promptly

Requirements:

5+ years full-charge or full-cycle bookkeeping

Proven experience in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

Experience with multiple client or company files

Strong Excel and attention to detail

Able to follow firm procedures and hit close dates

Experience in a bookkeeping firm or CPA firm preferred

QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus
