Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Description
This position is in Office Mon-Fri. Process payables in a high-volume fast paced environment for partnerships across the US. Answer vendor and internal inquiries timely, communicate with clinic staff and corporate department both verbally and by messenger.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle AP experience
Works well with a team as well as independently
Microsoft Dynamic Great Plains experience
Full cycle accounting
High volume invoice processing
Efficient in Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word)
Office hours: 8a-5p or 9a-6p in office
1099 knowledge a plus
Workday knowledge a plus
