Schedule: PRN (Weekend Availability Preferred)

Shadelands Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house therapy team. This PRN opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident recovery and independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on independence and daily living skills
• Supervise COTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in care planning and discharge preparation
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Passion for resident-centered care
• Weekend availability preferred
