We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Occupational Therapists (OTs) for multiple territories.

Available Territories & Pay Structure

We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment:

• Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 $146,000 per year DOE - Eligibility of a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time status employees Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo
• East Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood
• TriValley Area Pay Rate: $125,000 $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services according to the individualized plan of care
• Deliver treatments, evaluate patient response, and report condition changes to the Case Manager, Physician, and/or Director of Nursing
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current California OT License (Required)
• Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Current CA Driver's License
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
