Job Description
- Lead customer complaint and root cause analysis efforts
- Develop and implement quality systems and metrics
- Collaborate with production to reduce defects
- Manage PPAP and APQP processes
- Support audits and compliance initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:
- BS in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years quality engineering experience
- Metals, steel, or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC)
- Customer-facing experience a plus
