On any given day, you’ll make a difference by: Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development process, integrating inputs from various teams to create cohesive and functional designs.Develop and execute verification tests to ensure systems meet customer requirements.Manage the overall system quality, performance, and timely delivery.Address and resolve field complaints and supply chain issues effectively.Document processes and results in accordance with established guidelines.What a Typical Day Looks Like:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine system designs.Implementing strategic tests and analyzing data to validate system performance.Innovating solutions to enhance system reliability and functionality.What will help you thrive in this role?A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, or a related field.At least two years of experience as a Test Engineer, or five years in a related role such as Electronics Engineer, with hands-on experience at both system and board levels in a high-volume manufacturing setting.Proficiency in C#, RF electronics design, and manufacturing down to the component level.Strong understanding of DFMA/DFT principles, schematic capture, and circuit design.Experience with hardware or test fixture design, microprocessor application development, and familiarity with TCP/IP and other communication/network protocols.Excellent communication skills and the ability to document and convey complex issues clearly.SQL experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.Additional Requirements:Ability to travel up to 25% by air or land.Frequent walking and sitting as part of the daily routine.Hubbell IncorporatedHubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
