SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
$62,000 - $75,000 Miamisburg, Ohio Our client, a leader in the financial services industry and located here in Columbus, Ohio, has retained our services to help them hire a Senior Accountant position. This position will be responsible for various responsibilities revolving around GAAP within the accounting department. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:
- The Senior Accountant is responsible for all functions within general accounting, journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Handle various analysis projects for P&L and balance sheet analysis
- Accrual support
- Perform other duties as directed
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:
- 3+ years of proven accounting work
- Understanding of GAAP
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system is a plus CFS
