NOW HIRING – ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Officer to join our team.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday
- 32 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and invoicing.
- Assist with payroll.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain organized company files and documents.
- Assist with general office and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Billing and payroll experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
