Growth-Focused Digital Marketing Specialist

Position: Education Counsellor / Recruitment Officer Counsel students on study options and provide personalized advice. Follow up on enquiries, applications, acceptances and feedback. Maintain and update the student database and related records. Attend to customer service inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Handle routine office administrative tasks. Document and implement marketing plans, including online and offline events (roadshows, fairs, webinars). Develop relationships with institutions, student groups, and local partners. Raise awareness of the AUG brand through strategic outreach. University degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, Commerce or Mass Communications preferred. Knowledge of local and foreign education systems is an advantage. Experience in student mentoring or counseling beneficial. Strong customer‑service orientation, patience and tact. High initiative, integrity and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database use and general IT tools. Fresh graduates encouraged; full‑time positions available. Position: Digital Marketing & Student Engagement Officer Create, update and maintain marketing content across all digital channels. Manage social media accounts, email campaigns and website content. Generate reports, analyze performance and provide insights. Implement local and online marketing plans and budgets. Organize and support events (roadshows, fairs, webinars). Build relationships with students, institutions and partners. Promote the AUG brand and develop new market segments. Coordinate with design, IT and communications teams for web and media assets. Background in Marketing, Business, Administration or Mass Communications preferred. Computer literacy: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM. Experience with multimedia content creation and social media strategy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organised, able to multitask, and work both independently and collaboratively. Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic. Fresh graduates encouraged; full‑time roles available. Position: Manager / Deputy Manager, People & Culture Lead recruitment activities: shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding. Support employee relations, conflict resolution and morale initiatives. Manage HR systems, leave and claims processes, and SOPs. Oversee training, development, onboarding, and engagement events. Collaborate with regional offices and drive HR initiatives across locations. 3–5 years of HR experience across multiple functions. Strong command of English; Mandarin proficiency preferred. Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices. Leadership experience with a small HR team or project supervision. High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Position: Accounts & Administrative Assistant Key in financial data, reconcile accounts and manage petty cash. Prepare invoices, maintain procurement records and office supplies. Generate statistical and financial reports for management. Handle telephone inquiries and general administrative duties. SPM / O Level or higher education in Accounting, Finance or Business. Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software. Proficient with Microsoft Office and database tools. English proficiency; Mandarin beneficial for customer interactions. Fresh graduates encouraged. Position: Communications & Events Specialist Develop and manage marketing content (newsletters, social media, events). Monitor, optimize and report on content marketing metrics. Plan and execute events: exhibitions, seminars, networking functions. Manage event registration, attendance and post‑event data analysis. Build and maintain relationships with institutions and media partners. Advise on brand consistency and visual storytelling across platforms. Coordinate with design, marketing and IT teams to deliver campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field. Experience in event planning and marketing collateral production. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems. Fresh graduates encouraged. Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (Manila) Develop, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms. Plan and manage content calendars; collaborate with internal teams. Analyze campaign performance, generate reports and suggest optimizations. Coordinate with vendors and agencies for advertising and promotional activities. Maintain online presence and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar field. 1–2 years of experience managing multi‑channel digital campaigns. Track record in paid advertising on Meta platforms, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Strong data‑analytics skills focusing on ROI and cost optimisation.
