• Processing a high volume of invoices (3,500-4,000 per month), especially focusing on inventory-related payments.
• Performing manual, paper-based three-way matches of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy before approval.
• Supporting the weekly check run process, issuing approximately 200 payments each week.
• Maintaining detailed transaction records and supporting internal audit controls for compliance.
• Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and process payments efficiently.
