Forklift Drivers

Forklift Operator - Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Shift Options & Pay:

1st Shift

· 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

· $17.50 per hour

2nd Shift

· 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

· $17.50 per hour plus $0.75 shift premium ($18.25 per hour)

3rd Shift

· 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.

· $17.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium ($19.00 per hour)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

· Load and unload trucks

· Move materials throughout the facility

· Supply production lines with materials as needed

· Transport finished goods to designated storage areas

· Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues

· Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records

· Follow all company safety policies and procedures

· Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

· Previous forklift experience required

· Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed

· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
