Proposal Specialist

Supporting the Growth Team remotely, the full-time Proposal Specialist will manage the planning, development, and submission of high-quality responses to federal business opportunities while ensuring compliance and collaboration across teams. Key responsibilities: Implement and improve the proposal process under the direction of the Director of Proposals Manage timelines and track deliverables to ensure timely and compliant proposal submissions Assist in maintaining proposal content resources and conducting quality checks for compliance and accuracy Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 2 or more years of experience supporting the development of compliant proposals for Federal Government contracts Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and proficiency in the MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools Familiarity with the Federal Procurement process and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
