Salary Range: $47,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards and codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Document welding activities, including materials used, procedures followed, and inspection results.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Welding Technology or a related field
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing welding, preferably with robotic welding systems
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Strong understanding of various welding processes (MIG, TIG, STICK) and their applications
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment
