In this role, you will support client accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, and assist with day-to-day account activities. Responsibilities Assist with the daily management and support of client accounts. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients. Respond to client questions and provide accurate information regarding services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently. Support account updates, documentation, and follow-up activities. Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience. Assist with presentations, meetings, and account-related communications. Maintain accurate and organized client records. Help resolve routine account concerns in a professional and timely manner.
