Home Caregiver – Paragon | Weekly Pay

Altra Homecare Group is hiring motivated caregivers to join our expanding team! We are a community-rooted agency committed to delivering exceptional, client-centered care. Through meaningful relationships and tailored care plans, we help our clients live comfortably and confidently in their own homes.

As a caregiver, you'll be an essential part of your clients' daily lives — fostering independence, providing encouragement, and offering the kind of hands-on support that truly matters. From personal care to simple conversation, your presence makes a real impact.

Responsibilities

Support with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Prepare light meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
Offer medication reminders (non-administering role)
Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
Assist with mobility and safe transfers
Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
Maintain accurate care documentation and follow established protocols
Uphold a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Calm, empathetic, and dependable with a can-do attitude
Open to learning and able to follow care instructions with care and consistency
No prior experience necessary — we'll train the right person!
