URGENTLY HIRING: DIRECT CARE WORKERS – MONROE COUNTY

MedStaffers is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Direct Care Workers to support clients in their homes with personal care and daily living activities. If you have a heart for helping others and want a flexible schedule that works with your life, we want to meet you!
**** LOCATION: STROUDSBURG AREA******PAY: $15.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
- Helping with mobility: ambulation, transfers, and guided exercises
- Providing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dishes, laundry, dusting
- Running errands: grocery shopping or transportation to appointments
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Medication reminders
- Providing companionship and emotional support
✔️ Qualifications
- 1 year of home care experience preferred (but we are happy to train the right person!)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete a criminal background check
- Ability to complete (or provide) a two-step TB test
