Position Overview

We invite you to become an integral part of our expanding imaging team as a skilled and caring Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist . You will utilize cutting-edge ultrasound technology to conduct diagnostic exams, collaborating with a team of engaged healthcare professionals dedicated to patient care. Responsibilities in a Nutshell

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety by clearly explaining procedures with patience and compassion
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to supply high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Document all procedures carefully, maintaining thorough patient records within our electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and recommended practices

Education and Credentials Required

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Necessary Certifications

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
