StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: As soon as credentialed - ongoing, clinic 8a-4p then 24 hour call, 5 shifts per month

· Practice Setting: Hospital and Clinic

· Types of Cases: general adult urology cases

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic/Cerner

· Certifications Required: Must be board certified or board eligible

· Licensure Required: willing to license
