Client Advisor

Summary The Client Advisor provides exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment. This role builds client relationships, achieves sales goals, and supports the presentation and upkeep of the selling floor and inventory. Responsibilities Build client relationships and grow a personal business through creative selling, client-book use, mailings, and post-sale follow-up. Consistently exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and selling strategies. Maintain the visual presentation and general upkeep of the selling floor. Handle customer repairs, advise clients on pieces suited to their needs, and help create custom designs. Assist with inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Requirements At least two years of experience in a luxury retail environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Positive, outgoing, high-energy, entrepreneurial, and sales-focused approach. Computer proficiency, including retail point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email. Strong interest in fashion and a results-driven mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
