Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-focused approach.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services to assist customers in their decision-making.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our inventory and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and deliveries are timely.
• Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the import or luxury retail industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
