Physical Therapist (PT)

The Physical Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to all applicable laws and standards. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT for 2003 or later). Current licensure in the applicable state, maintained actively. Preferably one year of experience; new graduates are welcome. CPR certification required upon hire and maintained during employment. Key Responsibilities Implement and modify treatment plans, establish measurable goals, and evaluate patient progress. Supervise and assess care provided by PTAs, rehab aides, and students. Maintain accurate documentation, utilize therapy software, and ensure excellent patient service. Participate in community health initiatives and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Follow safety, confidentiality, and company policies, demonstrating professionalism and integrity. Assist in patient evacuation and perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, lifting, and moving during work.
