Highlights Pay: $97,760.00 - $131,976.00 Location: Rochester, NY Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts What You'll Do Support standards of care and provide consultation in patient care delivery. Participate in community and professional organizations to promote nursing visibility. Provide expert patient care and serve as a resource for the unit. Manage human resources and develop recruitment and retention strategies. Monitor patient outcomes and contribute to goal achievement. Involve in clinical care, coordinator activities, and staff education. Develop standards of care and program goals/objectives. Work cohesively in a team or independently while managing multiple tasks.
