Full Time | $105,000-$115,000 based on experience

A skilled nursing facility is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in Gates, NY. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

About the Role

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) , you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the nursing staff to ensure that all patients receive exceptional care. This will include:

• Leadership and Management : Provide guidance and direction to the nursing team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Quality Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and overall nursing operations.

• Communication : Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless care coordination and patient flow.

• Staff Development : Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Years of Experience : 1 year, preferred

• Licensure : Current RN nursing license in the state of New York

• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills : Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and lead by example
