Concrete Laborer

We are seeking a Concrete Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This role focuses on assisting concrete crews with site preparation, concrete placement, and finishing activities on heavy civil and infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist with concrete work including site preparation, form setup, rebar placement, pouring, and finishing supportPrepare and clean job sites before and after concrete pours, including grading, compacting, and material stagingSupport crews with placing, spreading, leveling, and curing concreteLoad, unload, and transport materials such as tools, forms, and reinforcement materialsOperate hand and power tools to support forming, pouring, and finishing activitiesAssist with setting and stripping forms, tying rebar, and installing embeds or anchor boltsMaintain a clean and safe work environment, especially around active pour operationsFollow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Work closely with foremen, finishers, and crew members to ensure quality and productivity standards are metAdapt to changing site conditions, including weather and scheduling around concrete poursDrive continuous improvement and support efficient, high-quality concrete operationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in construction required; concrete or heavy civil experience preferredBasic understanding of concrete processes (forming, pouring, finishing, curing) preferredStrong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in concrete constructionAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditionsBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to follow directions and work independently or as part of a crewWillingness to work overtime, weekends, or travel as neededEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
