End User Support Technician II

Now Hiring: End User Support Technician

We're seeking an experienced IT support professional to join a growing team providing hands-on technical support to end users. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and device-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring users have the technology they need to be successful.

• Provide break/fix support for end-user technology issues.
• Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and communicate progress on technical incidents and service requests.
• Support installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for end-user devices and equipment.
• Deliver Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Maintain and support IT asset management processes.
• Partner with business users and internal IT teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices.

• Windows 10/11 support
• Microsoft Office 365
• Active Directory
• SCCM / Endpoint Management
• Desktop and laptop support
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair
• End-user support and customer service
• Ticketing systems and service management tools

• 3+ years of endpoint computing, desktop support, or end-user support experience.
• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with asset management and device lifecycle support is a plus.
• Insurance industry experience is helpful but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merrill, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
