Construction Project Coordinator: Docs, RFIs & Scheduling

Position: Construction Project Coordinator Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Pay: $24-30/hr DOE Responsibilities Coordinate and manage project tasks ensuring timely completion. Assist with construction office duties; review and maintain construction documents. Create and manage documents such as contracts, insurance, prelim notices, RFI (Request for Information) and change orders. Communicate and collaborate with project teams regarding document changes and informational requests. Use Excel, Word, Adobe, and Bluebeam software to create and manage project documents. Qualifications Prior experience in a construction office environment. Familiarity with basic construction documents (contracts, insurance, prelim notices, RFI, change orders). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe. Preferred experience with Bluebeam software. Strong organizational and communication skills.
