• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance to customers
• Maintain organized records of calls, inquiries, and resolutions
• Assist with documenting customer interactions and updating internal systems
• Provide friendly and professional support to clients and visitors
• Communicate call updates, concerns, or discrepancies with internal teams

Qualifications:
