Endocrinologist – Physician Rush Medical Group Oak Park, IL Rush Oak Park Hospital, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, invites applications for the position of endocrinologist within the Center for Diabetes and Endocrine Care. Position Highlights Primarily outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consultative responsibilities. Manage a diverse patient population including diabetes, pituitary and adrenal disorders, PCOS, and osteoporosis. Work alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers, diabetes nurses, certified diabetes educators, and dedicated support staff who help optimize workflow and patient care. Collaborate closely with Endocrine Surgery and Otolaryngology in a highly integrated care model. Access to state-of-the-art ultrasound technology onsite. Academic health system environment with opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and professional growth, if desired. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $248,000 – $332,000. Benefits include base pay, comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, sign‑on and retention bonuses, relocation allowances, and opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets.
