(Senior) People Specialist

Senior People Specialist (HR–Employee Relations & Compliance) Our growing HR team is looking for a seasoned, proactive HR professional with expertise in employee relations, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIP), and compliance. This role requires a bilingual (English & Spanish) HR specialist who can operate independently and handle complex ER investigations while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Independently conduct employee relations (ER) investigation s, ensuring a fair and consistent process Manage and execute disciplinary action s and performance improvement plans (PIP ) in collaboration with managers Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns and resolving conflicts effectively HR Operations & Advisor Provide strategic HR guidance to management, advising on performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance matters Lead and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Manage and oversee the full employee lifecycle , including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers Training & Policy Development Develop and deliver ER and compliance-related training for employees and managers Regularly review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and legal requirements Data & Reporting Generate HR metrics and reports , such as engagement surveys, employee relations trends, and compliance audits Provide insights to senior leadership based on data analysis, helping drive informed HR decisions Qualification Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and performance management Strong knowledge of ER investigations, disciplinary actions, PIP processes, and employment la Ability to work independently and handle sensitive issues with discretion and professional Fluency in English & Spanish (spoken and written) is required Experience using HRIS systems and #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Electronics Americas
