Machine Operator Manufacturing
Rock Hill, SC Competitive Pay + Shift Opportunities Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with growth potential? We're hiring Machine Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What You'll Do
Operate coating and production equipment safely and efficiently Perform machine adjustments and minor repairs as needed Assist with material roll changeovers and production setup Operate material handling equipment, including lift devices and pallet-moving equipment Maintain proper material flow and production documentation in SAP Complete quality and traceability records accurately Monitor adhesive supply and equipment performance during production runs Respond quickly to production issues to minimize downtime Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and production equipment
