About the Position

Primary Care NP, PA, or MD (Locum Tenens)

Location: Louisville, KY

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM)

Position Overview

Employer sponsored outpatient primary care and wellness coverage in a clinic setting. No nights and no weekends.

Clinical Scope
• Primary care and acute care visits for patients ages 2 and older
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive care and wellness
• Occupational health and injury care may be part of the clinic scope

Practice Environment
• Outpatient clinic setting with on site support staff
• EMR: eClinicalWorks

Required Qualifications
• NP, PA, or MD as applicable to the role
• Active, unrestricted Kentucky license appropriate to provider type
• DEA registration if required for assigned scope
• Must be approved and comfortable seeing ages 2 and older
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
