Co-op Program Overview

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from January 19, 2027 through June 4, 2027. Department/Position Description

This team supports and develops Loyalty, Marketing and Advertising Technology for all US Brands and Digital partners. Enabling a modern, modular loyalty system with near real-time offer delivery providing savings to store and on-line customers. Supporting real-time customer behavior analytics enables targeted offers, coupons and communications, driving sales revenue and monetization of brand media. The Spring Co-op will join the team in building the foundations of our next generation loyalty platform. This platform will be built in our Azure cloud utilizing a variety of modern tools, including Databricks and Spring Boot microservices.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Software Development or related field.
• Knowledge of modern web development languages such as Kotlin, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Knowledge of relational and/or document database platforms.
• Experience with a cloud platform, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is a plus.
• Experience working within a team setting with effective communication skills.
• Motivated learner, interested in exploring new technologies.

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position. ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 - $35.70 IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 - $37.30
