Information Technology Developer

Salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in IT development or software engineering.
• Solid background working in manufacturing environments.
• Experience handling PLC data and industrial automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with .NET development, with C# preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing software platforms such as Wonderware or similar.
• Knowledge of barcode scanners or industrial devices such as Zebra systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Capability to troubleshoot and support systems effectively.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Prior experience in large-scale manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Exposure to MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is preferred.
• Experience supporting real-time production systems is preferred.
• Understanding of industrial automation and IoT systems in manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Open to relocation within the U.S.
• Onsite presence is required at our manufacturing facility.

• Develop and maintain manufacturing IT applications that support production operations.
• Build, enhance, and support manufacturing software solutions using .NET-based systems.
• Integrate and manage data from PLC systems and other shop floor automation technologies.
• Support manufacturing execution systems (MES) and related applications.
• Work with industrial software platforms such as Wonderware or similar tools.
• Interface with manufacturing equipment, scanners, and data collection devices.
• Analyze and manage PLC-generated data for production monitoring and reporting.
• Create solutions that improve data flow between shop floor systems and enterprise applications.
• Support automation efforts that improve manufacturing efficiency and system reliability.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing IT systems and resolve production software issues.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges across manufacturing platforms.
• Help ensure uptime and reliability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams.
• Translate business and production needs into technical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
