What you’ll do These roles provide administrative support by performing clerical duties such as filing, keying, faxing; entering and extracting data from multiple systems; and using computer applications including email, spreadsheets, word processing and Microsoft Office. You will also manage clerical positions such as Service Shop Clerks, Quality Assurance Clerks, Administration Assistants and Human Resources clerks. What you’ll bring Providing clerical/administrative support through generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software. Performing weekly inventory and tracking financial transactions; communicating with suppliers regarding equipment warranties. Maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail. Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) with computer applications OR 1 year experience performing clerical responsibilities with computer applications. Human Resources Clerk: 1 year coursework in a Human Resource related field and 1 year experience using computer applications OR 1 year experience with human resource activities (e.g., payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA) and 1 year experience using computer applications.
