Reconstruction Operations Manager

Reconstruction Operations Manager (ROM) You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer to develop people, strengthen operations, expand our subcontractor network, and create scalable systems that support long‑term growth. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reconstruction Project Managers Oversee reconstruction projects from mitigation handoff through final completion Review project schedules, production timelines, and Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) Improve operational consistency, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ensure outstanding customer communication and service throughout every project Review estimates for accuracy, profitability, and completeness Monitor job costing, gross profit, forecasting, and financial performance Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑performing network of subcontractor partners Strengthen collaboration between Reconstruction, Mitigation, Contents, Sales, Estimating, and Accounting Drive continuous improvement through technology, operational efficiencies, and scalable systems What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction, reconstruction, restoration, or construction management Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Strong understanding of residential and commercial reconstruction Experience managing subcontractor‑driven construction projects Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Strong financial acumen, including job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications General Contractor License (or willingness to obtain) Xactimate experience DocuSketch experience (or willingness to learn) SERVPRO or insurance restoration experience Large commercial loss experience IICRC Certifications The Leader We're Looking For Integrity Accountability Humility Professionalism Emotional Intelligence Strategic Thinking Operational Excellence Strong Communication A Passion for Coaching and Developing Others Benefits Incentive/ Commission Bonus Opportunities On site gym/fitness room Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Training & development Vision insurance 401(k) matching Company car Competitive salary Dental insurance Starts on Day 1 $1500 Referral Bonuses 6 Paid Holidays PTO – up to 11 days to earn starting out, starting on Servpro second tier.
