About the Role

\n

We're looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our core product team. You'll work alongside senior engineers to build features across our web app, APIs, and AI-driven search and outreach workflows. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, mentorship, and fast growth.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Build and ship features across our frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Node.js) services
\n
• Design and consume REST APIs that power candidate search, profile enrichment, and outreach automation
\n
• Integrate LLM-based features such as natural-language search, summarization, and message generation
\n
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and take part in code reviews
\n
• Debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and user experience
\n
• Work with product and design to turn user feedback into working features
\n
• Learn and apply good engineering practices: version control, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
\n
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOP
\n
• Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
\n
• Familiarity with web development basics and REST APIs
\n
• Projects, internships, open-source contributions, or hackathons that show you build things
\n
• Curiosity about AI/LLMs and a willingness to learn quickly
\n
• Clear communication and a collaborative attitude
\n

• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or RAG
\n
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Docker

• Understanding of recruiting, HR tech, or CRM workflows
