Recruiter

A leading manufacturing company, in the Englewood Area, is in search of an experienced Recruiter to join their team . Qualified candidates with 1-3+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $55,000 to $60,000 per year.


Job Description:

• Assist in design and update job descriptions
  
  
• Experienced on the phones and communicating with candidates daily
  
  
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook)
  
  
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  
  
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  
  
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media
  
  
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  
  
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  
  
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  
  
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  
  
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  
  
• Able to work independently and take initiative
  
  
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
