HSPD-12 Helpdesk & Access Control Specialist

Global Resource Solutions in Washington, DC is looking for an HSPD-12 Helpdesk-Customer Support professional to assist ICE's managers and cardholders. Responsibilities include managing consumable inventory, providing customer support, and troubleshooting HSPD-12 related issues. The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, possess three years of experience, and a knowledge of desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.
