Senior PERSEC Specialist

Senior PERSEC Specialist TSA is currently seeking a Senior Personnel Security Specialist to support our NAVAIR customer in the DC Metro area. Roles/Responsibilities This individual will provide personnel security support including clearance validation, access control, security file management, and processing of Program Access Requests. Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in security management or related field. Experience : Minimum 10+ years experience supporting personnel security programs in DoD environments. Clearance : Active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR and SCI eligibility. Baseline Certifications / Training: SFPC or PSC; IS123.16 – Acquisitions and Contracting Basics in the NISP Salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law).
