Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House leadership team, the Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through all aspects of service. This role is integral to maintaining the flow of service, upholding hospitality standards, and ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable experience.

• Provide attentive and knowledgeable food and beverage service in accordance with restaurant standards
• Follow established steps of service to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience
• Manage an assigned section while directing support staff to maintain proper flow of service
• Accurately enter all food and beverage orders to support timely and efficient service
• Handle all guest payments and transactions with accuracy and accountability
• Verify identification for all alcohol purchases in accordance with company and legal standards
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including food, beverage, and allergy information
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to support smooth and efficient service
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Complete daily checkout procedures, including balancing cash and credit transactions
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently

• Experienced in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a passion for hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Able to multitask and stay organized while managing a full service section
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with FOH and BOH teams
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Proactive problem-solver who communicates effectively with leadership

• Maintain all required health, sanitation, and alcohol service certifications

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
• Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces
• Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
