Cold Prep/Line Servers - Midtown
SAGE Dining Services is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cold Prep Cook/Line Servers to join our private school in Midtown, Nashville. Our ideal candidates will have strong culinary skills, be able to follow recipes, and work independently.
SAGE offers weekly pay, comprehensive year-round benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within the company. SAGE prepares meals from scratch that foster community among students, faculty, and staff at the school.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Occasional overtime in the evenings or on the weekends for catering events with notice.
- Summers off!

We are conveniently located on the Red Line, just off the Green Hills stop.

What you'll do:
- Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
- Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
- Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
What you'll need:
- Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
- Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
