Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with state and federal laws
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies
• Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options
• Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in psychiatry
• Strong knowledge of mental health medication management
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Experience working in outpatient mental health clinics
• Bilingual abilities
