CNC Lathe Machinist - Setup / Operator (Fanuc or Similar)

This position plays a key role in producing precision-machined components and assemblies for a variety of industries, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and craftsmanship. The shop is structured around repeatable processes and high standards — this is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things right. --- The Work You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Set up and operate CNC lathes (and other machines as needed) Load materials and run production jobs Make tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits at the machine Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T Hold tight tolerances and maintain consistent part quality Perform in-process inspection using standard measurement tools Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area This is a hands-on machining role — not just loading parts.
