Shift Differentials $1.00 PM and NOC during weekdays $1.50 PM and NOC weekends $1.00 day shift weekends Inquire today for more information. Tuition reimbursement/Loan repayment program up to $5,250 per year. Job Description Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process. Direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians and perform other drug administration. Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors, and families. Complete required record keeping on residents’ admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy. Are You Customer‑service oriented. LPN, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student, or Travel-Contract LPN seeking a permanent facility with great benefits. Experienced in long‑term care (preferred). Requirements Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program. Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long‑term care setting.
