Shipping & Receiving Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify packing slips and compare received items against purchase orders.
• Enter receiving information into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
• Unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse or production facility.
• Label, store, and stage materials in designated locations.
• Communicate discrepancies, damaged materials, or shortages to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counting activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support general warehouse and plant operations as needed.
• Work closely with team members to ensure materials are available for production and shipping requirements.

Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools, including tape measures and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Training provided; open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to perform hands-on warehouse and receiving duties.
• Previous receiving, shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependable individual who takes pride in their work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team player who works well with others.
