What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple departments, including general, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma.
• Float between assigned locations, primarily Moses Cone, ensuring comprehensive patient coverage.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care throughout the perioperative process.
• Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages, including complex pediatric cases, with a focus on vascular and neuro cases (not required at Moses Cone).
• Manage anesthesia equipment and monitoring devices, including Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitors.
• Adhere to facility protocols, and maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards.
• Participate in the call and emergency coverage as needed, with shifts prioritized on Monday and Friday.

What You Need

• Active North Carolina State License as a CRNA
• Minimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
• Board Certification as a CRNA
• Current ACLS and PALS certification
• Ability to float between locations and work flexible schedules
