Leasing Agent Quatama Village - Part-time Princeton Property Management is looking for a part-time Leasing Agent to join the team at Quatama Village! Property management and leasing experience preferred. Professional sales, marketing techniques, and solid customer service experience is required. Pay range is $22.00 to $24.00 an hour depending on experience along with a monthly $50 phone reimbursement. This position is part-time at 24 hours per week working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. What is needed from you: Meet and greet prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner Follow up with any prospective residents as needed Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for the new residents Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files.
